How we assess
Every request should identify the story and objectively explain the disputed point. The newsroom will review the content, the sources used and any relevant new evidence.
How we correct
Typos with no impact may be fixed silently. Material factual or contextual changes should update the story date and receive a correction note proportionate to the change.
Right of reply
People and organizations directly mentioned may submit clarifications. Receipt does not guarantee full publication, but it does guarantee a good-faith editorial assessment.
